• 80% / 20% split to start + 5% commission  (up $5K/year) per each salesperson you recruit:
  
  Splits for the first $100,000 in earned commission by any individual Salesperson per calendar year will be:
  - 80% to the Salesperson
  - 15% to Bigfoot Realty
  - 5% to the Realtor who recruited, and is currently helping mentor the Salesperson who earned the commission. If there is no recruiting Salesperson currently employed as an Independent Contractor by Bigfoot Realty the 5% goes to Bigfoot Realty.
  
  
• 90% / 10% split possible.
  
  Splits for any commission earned by the Salesperson after the $100,000 per calendar year will be:
  - 90% to the Salesperson
  - 10% to Bigfoot Realty
